The International Indie Music Festival (IIMF) is an annual gathering of independent musicians and music lovers. A space to cut through genre and geography, and share life through the common language of music.

Tumultuous times are fertile grounds for great artists; and in a post-pandemic world, that is ever more polarised, diverse and like-minded connections in artistic spheres are needed now more than ever.

Our goal is to help independent musicians from all walks of life, every corner of the world, to develop their profile and find ways to keep making their music, continue developing and share their work with local audiences around the world.

On November 09-13th 2022, we are launching the first edition of IIMF in Kovalam, Kerala. A 5 day festival of music ranging from reggae and hip-hop from Papua New Guinea and Italy, to vedic metal and jazz from Singapore and Malaysia, to classic rock, blues, pop, fusion from India, US and UK. Held at Kerala Arts and Crafts Village – a one-of-a-kind picturesque venue nestled at the foot of a hill, cosseted within the trees, nourished by the energy of the Arabian Sea.

Kerala Arts and Crafts Village (KACV) and Lazie Indie are thrilled to come together with the shared vision of recognising talented artists; igniting collaborations between international and local musicians; and inspiring connections and conversations amongst all visitors to the festival. To create a truly unforgettable experience and a sense of community that stays with you for life.
